Meet the Founder
After a decade optimizing operations and managing complex contracts for federal agencies and Fortune 500 firms, Shreyas founded Catalyst Operations Advisory with one goal: bring big-organization operational discipline to private small business owners. A service-disabled U.S. Army veteran, he combines hands-on military logistics experience with an MBA, an MPA, and senior roles at GSA, Booz Allen Hamilton, and AWS. He now serves as a trusted outside set of eyes for owners nationwide — finding the waste, bottlenecks, and blind spots that hold businesses back.
What We Stand For
Our mission is to give private business owners the same caliber of operational discipline that powers the largest organizations in the world — without the overhead, the jargon, or the one-size-fits-all playbook. We bring an unbiased outside perspective, grounded in facts, data, and proven best practices, and we translate it into practical improvements sized for your business.
We believe:
-
Clarity beats complexity. You should understand every recommendation we make and every dollar it saves.
-
Facts over opinions. Our assessments are built on data and observation, not guesswork.
-
Improvements should last. We don't hand you a report and disappear — we build systems that sustain results long after the engagement ends.
-
Service is a mindset. This firm carries a veteran's standard into every engagement: mission first, integrity always, results that matter.
From the first assessment to ongoing performance monitoring, every engagement follows our proprietary CATALYST Method — an eight-step agile framework for evaluating, customizing, and monitoring your operations. Our goal never changes: to be the catalyst that turns your hard work into an operation that runs smarter, costs less, and grows stronger.
Beyond the Office
Outside the office, Shreya teaches dance and works as an MC — creative outlets that sharpen the same skills he brings to every engagement: reading a room, communicating clearly, and keeping people engaged.
